Terms of Service: Gold Oliv (Pty) Ltd
1. Nature of Service
Gold Oliv (Pty) Ltd (hereafter "the Company") provides professional clinical advocacy, health management, and logistics coordination services for pet owners. The Company is not a veterinary practice. We do not provide medical diagnoses, surgical procedures, emergency clinical care, or pharmaceutical prescriptions. Our role is to act as a professional intermediary between the Client and third-party veterinary specialists.
2. Membership & Engagement
● Bespoke Capacity: To ensure the highest level of dedicated advocacy, the Company operates at a strictly limited capacity. Intake of new clients is at the sole discretion of the Founder.
● Billing Cycle: All memberships are billed monthly in advance unless a bespoke annual retainer is specified.
● Currency: While international rates (USD/GBP) are displayed for convenience, final billing is subject to current exchange rate fluctuations at the time of the transaction.
● Cancellations: Membership may be canceled with thirty (30) days' written notice.
3. Third-Party Services
The Company coordinates with third-party providers, including but not limited to, veterinary specialists, diagnostic laboratories, and international relocation agents.
● The Company is not liable for the clinical outcomes, professional conduct, or service failures of these independent third parties.
● Any medical decisions made for the pet remain the sole responsibility of the Client in consultation with their licensed treating veterinarian.
4. Global Mobility & Compliance
While Gold Oliv coordinates global transit, all international relocation is conducted in accordance with international live animal regulations. The Client is responsible for ensuring all medical history and documentation provided are accurate for customs and health certification purposes.
5. Data Privacy & The Health Vault
The Company utilizes secure digital environments (the "Health Vault") to store sensitive clinical records. By using our services, the Client consents to the Company sharing these records with relevant veterinary specialists as part of the advocacy process.
6. Limitation of Liability
Gold Oliv (Pty) Ltd and its founder, Olivier Kola, shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the clinical health of the pet or the actions of third-party medical providers. Our liability is strictly limited to the professional management and coordination of the agreed-upon advocacy services.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

● Travel Information: Passport details and relocation history for the purpose of global mobility coordination.
3. The "Health Vault" & Data Security
All clinical records are stored within the Gold Oliv Health Vault, a secure digital environment. We implement strict administrative and technical safeguards to ensure that sensitive data is protected against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.
4. How We Share Your Information
As a clinical liaison service, we share information strictly on a "need-to-know" basis with:
● Licensed veterinary specialists and diagnostic clinics.
● Vetted international relocation agents and airline health authorities.
● Third-party laboratory services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Client Rights
You have the right to:
● Access the information held in your pet’s Health Vault at any time.
● Request the correction or deletion of personal data.
● Withdraw consent for data sharing (noting that this may limit our ability to provide advocacy services).
6. Data Retention
We retain clinical records for the duration of your membership and for a period thereafter as required by professional record-keeping standards or legal obligations.
